Convenient and comfortable hotel to...

Liked: I always stay here when visiting Adelaide for work and have done so since it first opened. I normally highly recommend this small hotel and my staff also usually stay here. It is convenient, friendly and boutique.
Disliked: The room allocated needed maintenance. The spring loaded plug hole in the sink was broken and had just been removed rather than fixed. The bathroom looked like it needed a general spring clean and the carpet buckling. Also the TV didn't work at all, not that it was a big deal for me for just a one night stay this time. I fear that the current owners may be letting the standard down a little. Also, price was significantly higher than usual, due to the tail end of the Adelaide Fringe festival.
