Actons Hotel is a period building filled set landscaped gardens overlooking the beautiful Kinsale Harbor. Relaxing

Liked: And offer of Irish soda bread and featuring more good quality Irish food - would be significantly improve the offer at breakfast

Very nice surprise at the...

Liked: The location was perfect for exploring Kinsale. Everything was close enough to walk to. The staff were great - friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was a great way to start the day and the number of choices incredible. You could have just juice or tea or coffee and yoghurt or some fabulous cooked options. Also like that there was a pool and workout facility and parking at the hotel
Disliked: I can’t think of anything that made our stay not enjoyable.

Great hotel in a fantastic...

Liked: Lovely hotel in a fantastic location, overlooking the harbour/marina. Room was excellent, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast choices, and evening meals were also delicious.

Overall a good stay, but...

Liked: Breakfast good. Selection of fruit available was average. Service excellent.
Disliked: Carpet area at reception and around lift areas dated and requires deeper cleaning.
