It began to feel like...

Liked: Hotel was clean efficient and friendly. I cannot praise the staff, Marian, Carmen and Mohammed too highly. We had a problem with a lost passport and their help was unsticking. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Gold stars all round.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a kettle and tea/coffee makings in the room, but a small matter.

Pleasant

Liked: Good location close to city center and shopping malls. Accommodation was very clean with daily cleaning. Parking next to hotel (5 eur/day).Amazing city center and close to Harz area. Hotel offers beaverages and some refreshments in their bar.
Disliked: Don't expect anything fancy, hotel has stopped in early 90's. Breakfast was just fine, but not worth the money. Very soft mattresses, but that's question of taste.I can't reccommend this hotel to families with kids: Receptionist (small, dark hair and dark complexion) was not the most pleasant. He made us pay city tax for our kid (under 2 y.o.). When I found from the invoce and wanted to complain, he aggresively denied the claim. He also complained about our kids being too loud when they were playing in empty corridor and with opened room doors. (Other guests didn't complain, only him). We were told to stay in the room and that sorted the issue. Other than that, all good.

Liked: It is well located, free parking and very quiet place.
Disliked: There were 3 things that we really feel disgusted about: 1. Although it seems clean, there were webs in different areas of our room. 2. We found a few dead bugs in the bed. 3. The carpet is really old, so it has dirt marks in different colors and shapes.
