Liked: Kind and hospitable welcome, large and quiet room.
Disliked: Too bad for the persistent bad smell on the ground floor that also pervades the rooms.The staff only spoke French and German, no Italian and no English (!) either.

Disliked: On the day of our arrival, we received a call from the front desk telling us the reception closes at 5pm and our key would be left hidden for us. They also told us we could not use the EV charger. I specifically booked this hotel because it had an EV charging point. The next day they tell us about the fees for the EV charger; I understand there may be an additional cost for it since it is normal to pay a single amount to use it for 24 hours or the length of your stay, but this hotel wanted to charge us 20 every single time we used the charger. So if we used it for an hour, unplugged and then needed it for another hour during the day/night, they would charge an additional 40 which is extremely expensive! Also, if you dont speak French have your phone handy since youll have to use the translator. The staff doesnt speak any other language.

Good basic stop over hotel, would use again

Liked: Good basic room, clean and had what was expected, the breakfast was ok, not exceptional as an overnight stop over it was ok, we arrived late and then departed at 9
Disliked: were we late so could not check into the hotel but the staff at the restaurant next door gave us the key etc
