Met my requirements.

Liked: Check was easy. Nice TV and working refrigerator. They had a breakfast snack. Inexpensive accommodations near my relatives house.
Disliked: Breakfast: wheat toast/English Muffin with butter and/or muffin. More of a snack. Institutional caffeinated coffee.

Terrible. Couldn’t even check-in because...

Liked: I didn’t even stay. My group was unable to check-in because I had broken down - but the rest of my group were told they would have to pay for the room *twice* because I wasn’t there and there would have to be ‘extra paperwork.’ Terrible place, avoid like a rash!
Disliked: Terrible customer service. They wouldn’t let my group check-in without me being physically there! Terrible customer service *avoid* like a nasty rash.

Passable

Mediocre

Disliked: They tried to overcharge me by duplicating the pending first night charge. Continental breakfast mediocre. Furnishings, while interesting were worn and chipped. Windows very dirty. The low price may allow for some of this.

It's good

Liked: I like where it is to be able to walk downtown Oak Harbor easily.
Disliked: I would like the ice machine to work and not go ask for it. And I didn't get the extra towels I asked for.

We will or would stay...

Liked: The location was close to our event. Staff were so polite and accommodating to our needs. Our room was clean and our bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little scarce, however, they were at full occupancy for the weekend.

Exceptional

More towels, upgrade TV systems.

Liked: Large rooms.
Disliked: One of our two rooms had a TV system that was impossible to navigate. We gave up.

How management should run a...

Liked: Nice staff. Helped me get luggage to 2nd floor room.Comfortable room and bed.Included complimentary breakfast items.Convenient location.
