Liked: The staff was very friendly. The room for the most part was comfortable.and clean. There is a restaurant at the facility with real good food.
Disliked: There wasn't a small fridge in the room. And a dusty speaker was found in the room.

Disliked: Poor quality beds and rooms my colleague and I had to share a kettle. Sadly breakfast Was a mixture of very poor quality bread and cakes which had seen better daysThe orange juice was a very watered down cordial Overall sadly this is not a hotel and should not be labelled as one.We won't be returning ever.

Liked: Close to Gatwick and hotel provides airport shuttle for a small cost.
Disliked: Bugs crawling in the beds!
