Liked: Building itself was very nice and unique, nice furniture, check in fast, breakfast was okay as well.
Disliked: - receptionist at the check in looked pretty overwhelmed, no smile, almost had a feeling that we were bothering her- hotel cards did not work properly, we had to walk 3x from 2nd floor to the reception because the elevator was out of order (for 3/4 days)- we were missing vanity kit in our bathroom- when I was booking our rooms, I have clearly specified in the message all necessary info and company details for our invoices and none of the invoices were 100% correct

Liked: The rooms were good, comfortable and had lots of space. Also, the bathroom was fine and we liked the shower gel
Disliked: There is only one thing that we did not like, the cards that you use to open the door. They just do not work and it takes at least 5 minutes to open the door. If you cannot open the door, then you have to go to the reception and ask for 'charging' it. It was very irritating.

Liked: Very nice hotel, renovated and luxurious. There was very nice Turkish restaurant on the main floor.
Disliked: The hotel staff in the evening did not understand English. We wanted an additional pillow, but we didn't receive it. It was noisy because the airport was closed. The TV in the room was not working.

Superb

Liked: The Greek woman at the reception was so kind and very helpful. Also, a Syrian man was very gentle and gave us five vouchers for free to have some drinks at Paul's restaurant. In general, the staff and hotel vibes are great.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Room was big and clean
Disliked: No body cleans my room for 2 days and I didn’t find any still water in the room and I had my baby and I was breastfeeding so I need to drink and hydrate myself I request water from the reception one Spanish lady came and was very very rude to me.And also in the check-in i asked if there will any extra payment and they said no and at the checkout they wanted extra 20 euro for baby bed even though in my reservation it was mentioned that it’s free
