Recommended, great stay, attentive staff

Liked: Great hotel, lovely staff, good breakfast options and even a take away for our early check out. Bus stop opposite hotel to ho beach. Walking distance from lots of food restaurants and about 20 min walk la rambla

Hotel with very dated rooms.

Liked: Very professional and attentive staff.
Disliked: Terribly uncomfortable beds, mattresses as hard as stones. Very noisy room both for the noises coming from the street as per those provided by the room above that last night was partying ended at two in the morning. The room I was assigned to 303 has a sink outside the bathroom, lilliputian that barely allows you to brush your teeth without filling with water. The mattresses are really hard and the pillows intolerable for a good rest

Best staff we've encountered

Liked: The staff was absolutely amazing. They always had a smile on their faces, and we would get excited to see them. The rooms are quite big, and the beds are amazing, huge, and comfortable. We were able to enjoy the spa and the gym. Great location, only a few minutes from the Metro and a 19-minute walk to Plaça de Catalunya. Overall, the hotel is amazing, but the cherry on the cake is the staff!!
Disliked: Absolutely nothing. We had a great experience.

Disliked: No German or English TV, The garage is good but spectacular to drive in and out
