Ace Hotel Sydney

Pretty but a bit much.

Liked: LocationThe thoughtfulness of artistic/creative engagement.
Disliked: I couldn't work out how to use the record player. The bathroom is the biggest room and the first thing you encounter. It was very expensive for a night. I couldn't find the coffee and tea ..

Don't book the small room...

Liked: The restaurant/bar Loam had a cosy atmosphere.
Disliked: The small room was tiny and the bed not comfortable. Value for money was not there at $300+ for both nights of our stay, I wish we stayed somewhere else.

Great hotel and would come...

Liked: Friendly staff, nice modern room. Good location in Sydney CBD. Wish we stayed longer to try the restaurant and bar.
Disliked: Nothing

Welcoming and relaxing stay.

Liked: Great welcome from staff. Wonderful breakfast options. Fantastic location for either the City, Surry Hills or the Eastern Suburbs.

Liked: Interiors and detailing are beautiful.
Disliked: Staff are not very attentive, and a bit too cool. Would prefer slightly more care.

Super funky hotel in great...

Liked: I have wanted to stay at the Ace Hotel since it opened - Finally got to tick it off my list! Great location, amazing style, incredible mini bar - I loved my stay and will be back!
Disliked: The pillows were really flat, if you are someone like me who prefers more firm pillows I would recommend bringing your own
