Liked: The tv did not work and there were zero directions/info on how to make it work. I ended up getting ill from something I ate so I had to spend alot of time in my room. The bed springs are easily felt through the sheets. The soap dispenser pump was broken and we had to maneuver a way to get soap to wash hands. There was no stafff present to help with any issues bc they leave at 8pm. We only had to pay six dollars for parking and we parked right under our window so that was cool. The locations great just the hotel itself was a disappointment.

Wouldn't stay again - too...

Liked: Front desk person was friendly, location is great.
Disliked: SUPER loud, absolutely impossible to sleep. Bed was not comfortable and the shower set up was very odd, making it hard to close the door.While the front desk staff was friendly, I never got the promised emailed receipt for my stay and no matter what time I called, I never got through to a real person.PSA that this is not an accessible hotel. There is a steep flight of steps upon entry and no elevator. This was not well advertised on their website.

fantastic, unpretentious hotel

Liked: We've stayed at the Ace twice now, and it's our favorite Seattle hotel: cute but non-pretentious, very friendly, in a great location near the water and some wonderful Belltown restaurants, and dog friendly.
