Great location and great value...

Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff. We had an early start in the morning. Staff ensured that breakfast things were set out early for us. Rooms were unique. Not fancy but very comfortable and functional. We often stay in 5 star hotels. When in Seattle again we will stay here.

Great hotel in even better...

Liked: Wonderful location, sufficient continental breakfast, absolutely fantastic lady at the reception desk. Nice touches in the room like boxed water or a postcard. Very comfy bed, nice crispy linens and towels, and clean bathrooms. Highly recommend!
Disliked: It can be a little bit noisy in the evening, if your room faces 1st Ave, but it quickly becomes a background noise and curtains definitely help with reducing it.

Love this place!

Liked: I like so many things of this place. The location is in the center and closed to everything. Parking is not bad in the evening and free on Sunday and holidays. The room has ocean view. So beautiful in the day time and in the evening. I even do not want to leave the room until we have to check out. The design of the hotel is very special (in a good way!) I heard this place used to be for sailors. Our room has a Music Hall radio. It feels nice to listen music and watch the view through the window. The breakfast is good too! The dining area is comfortable and the teas are soooooo tasty! We would love to stay here again if we come back to Seattle. Also, I booked the wrong date at first and the host kindly helped me update the dates without extra charges. I really appreciate!
Disliked: The light from hallway comes into the room during the bedtime. However, it didn’t bother us after we fell asleep.

Hidden Gem

Liked: The room was beautiful as well as very comfortable and clean. Its location was convenient for an easy walk to Pike's Market and the FRS Clipper terminal, both perfect for my stay.
Disliked: Nothing.
