A lovely restful evening en-route...

Liked: Really wanted to mention the lovely lady on reception who checked us in. I didn’t get the ladies name, but she was really very friendly and professional and could not have made us feel more welcome. A great asset to your hotel.

Great overnight stay.

Liked: Excellent for an overnight stay and met our needs. Location to superchargers and restaurants, free parking and taking our dog Poppy were all we needed.
Disliked: Our score of 8 was regarding our expectations based on what we paid. So, we don't have any specific comments.

Great value , overnight stay,...

Liked: Very clean, good value, secure parking, space to walk our dogs and next door to 2 excellent restaurants- Italian and a burger beer place
Disliked: My wife prefers a lower floor as she has a phobia with elevators but unfortunately it was not possible to get a room on a lower floor, maybe refurbishment was ongoing? Minor issue

Highly recommend for a short...

Liked: Very friendly staff and great value for money. Has everything you need for a short stay and they're accommodating to pets.
