Liked: Loved the lounge area

Comfortable, enjoyable but some flaws.

Liked: I’ve stayed before and definitely would again. Very comfortable room - high floor medium - wonderful view over Brooklyn.
Disliked: Disorganised at check-in. It was busy but there was no attempt to generate some kind of line (queue). Staff at the bar in the morning serving coffee/ breakfast items were very slow, not showing any awareness of waiting customers. The ‘Garden/Bar’ was closed for a private event.

A whole vibe

Liked: The staff are the biggest USP. Vanessa is an absolute sweetheart! She gave me such good energy every time I saw her and it was so comforting to have this as a solo traveller. Tyler was also super helpful, he gave great recommendations. Hotel is next to some good coffee spots and the subway is close. Finally the room and the views were unmatched.
Disliked: Nothing - I will definitely be going back!
