Liked: I absolutely loved my stay at the Ace Hotel Brooklyn. The staff was incredible—so welcoming and went above and beyond our expectations. Our room was beautiful with a stunning view, and the location couldn't have been better. Just steps from subway lines into the city, and surrounded by amazing shops, restaurants, and bars. Brooklyn itself is such a vibrant, walkable area, and the hotel fits right in. From now on, the Ace Hotel Brooklyn will be my go-to whenever I’m in town.
Disliked: No dislikes loved our time here.

Liked: Very welcoming. Love the lobby. Main desk and housekeeping staff were outstanding. Rooms were well decorated. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Wait staff in coffee area was mediocre. Not friendly. Didn’t want to be bothered. Barely acknowledging of customer inquiry. Was surprised as the restaurant staff in the past has been exceptional. Pillows could be improved. Rather flat.
