Ace Hotel Arras-Beaurains

Convenient but don't pay for...

Disliked: Breakfast very sparse. No boiled eggs and no cheese. No fruit except kiwi fruit. Very little sliced meats. I thought cheese was a legal requirement for every meal in France! Bread or croissants the only option.

Liked: .Staff very very friendly. Quick and efficient. Room was clean. Location ideal.
Disliked: Could have done with and extra pillow. I'm sure the staff would have given us some but we just didn't ho and ask

Extremely disappointing

Liked: We have stayed at this property on numerous occasions, however the last time there has been plumbing issues, the last one in resulted in being woken up at 3.30 am with violent noises coming from with the walls an ceiling, it was like an earthquake, resulting in only about an hours un disturbed sleep. This was room 6 avoid this room at all costs. Thiis was plumbing and heating problems, staff was a young girl, not particularly helpful or sympathetic. Will have to seriously reconsider whether we stay there again

Liked: Friendly staff, comfortable, clean and VERY quiet… but the room was boiling hot when we arrived & no cooling option on the thermostat until the summer so we had to have the window & corridor door wide open for ages to cool it down,
