Liked: The pool was amazing and so fun for our 2 daughters. We loved the food and service was impeccable.
Disliked: The pool are was a bit dirty and no worries as realize it is hard to keep clean for the entire day with so much people. The rooms could use some renovation love with paint and updates with furniture. Love the tiles in the bathroom!

Liked: the property is beautiful and the beds were so comfortable.
Disliked: the staff at the front desk was so grumpy and unknowledgeable here, every time we spoke to them it was a very negative experience and there was not a positive can do attitude. We've stayed here many times and honestly the place seems to be going downhill. The pool was so dirty, it stained my swimsuit. The bubbles in the jacuzzi had dirt all mixed in them. It sucked that we weren't allowed to get in to drag bingo night and they dont save seats for the people staying at the hotel. That was really sad, we were unaware we needed to make a reservation considering the restaurant was on property, I would think they'd save some seats for their guests and not have it be everyone traveling in from other hotels.
