Convenient . No frills hotel...

Liked: Conveniently located near the airport. Free shuttle.
Disliked: Old and needs updating. Bed was uncomfortable.

Disappointed

Liked: Staff at reception are very good.
Disliked: The floor surrounding the toilet in the bathroom is spongy, indicating underlying plumbing issues. I intended to bring it to the attention of front desk staff but he was very busy completing checkouts prior to the airport shuttle’s departure. Seems unfair to rate hotel on Booking’s website when we’re not given a chance to rate Booking’s role, which seems to be unfair to hotel and gibes Booking a free pass.
