Liked: The room was great
Disliked: Having a restaurant on site. The shuttle service was great

POOR

Liked: staff tried to notify noisy customer from across the hall but customer had left temporarily. Returned later and continued to talk, swear very loudly . The noise & conversations were heard quite clearly through a vent that was in our bedroom. We were eventually moved to a quieter room. Unfortunately, we were so upset about the rukus, That it took quite awhile to settle & try to sleep. Our morning started at 5 am., so we got some rest but not really rested for the morning flight. cheersH

Great access to the Calgary...

Liked: Acclaim is easily accessible if you are flying out of Calgary airport. The 24 hour shuttle service is wonderful. Restaurant at the hotel has good food. Staff were courteous and helpful. Have stayed here several times over the last few years.

Good value airport stay

Liked: Very friendly staff, free airport shuttle, clean room, decent restaurant, good value
Disliked: Restaurant could use stronger coffee.
