Liked: This family-friendly hotel is in a great location near bars and supermarkets. It’s pet-friendly, with parks and nice walking areas nearby for your dog. The staff is great and the atmosphere is cheerful, with happy welcoming people

Disliked: The TV and a couple of things didn't work, things that you could do without.

Great place to stay

Liked: Good sized room with kitchenette including microwave. Very clean and well maintained. Close to the town centre and across the road from lake Taupō.

Liked: Exceptional facility for group we had the Lakehouse . Excellent and the host could not have been more obliging. We look forward to a future visit.
Disliked: Nothing

Property suited our needs as...

Liked: We booked The Cottage as we took our dog with us. A little dated but spacious with easy parking and a green area right behind the cottage for the dog to run. Across the road from the Lake front with a supermarket an easy walk away.
Disliked: Had an issue with getting the live TV to work (but the host was able to remedy that). Bathroom could have done with a good scrub.
