Loved the professional manner of hotel personnel. Inexpensive cost for a clean, quiet hotel room.

Liked: Quiet; ground floor suite; fridge; clean; security guard in the evening in the parking area; close to downtown activities (shopping as well as food); hotel personnel were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: None.

Exceptional

Liked: Friendly staff, clean room, having your own kitchen is very convenient. The hotel has a great location 5 minutes from the central park. It is a great place to relax.

I would stay again.

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable. The bed in the bedroom was very nice and the sofa bed was comfortable.
Disliked: A little more space in the living room as when the sofa bed was open there was not much space to get around it. It was a bit noisy at night from the adjacent highway early in the evening, but it quieted down late in the night.

Exceptional Service!

Liked: What really stood out during our stay was how genuinely kind and welcoming the staff were. From the moment we checked in, it felt like they were truly happy to have us there. Later that evening, we had some unexpectedly loud neighbors—not a party, just talkative. I hesitated to say anything, but when I asked about changing rooms, the woman at the desk was incredibly understanding and kind. Within five minutes, we were comfortably settled into a quieter room, and she made sure we didn’t feel bad for asking. It’s rare to feel that appreciated as a guest. The customer service here truly exceeded expectations.
