Loved the professional manner of hotel personnel. Inexpensive cost for a clean, quiet hotel room.

Liked: Quiet; ground floor suite; fridge; clean; security guard in the evening in the parking area; close to downtown activities (shopping as well as food); hotel personnel were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: None.

Liked: It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot.I learned about the accent inn duckies..
Disliked: Bathroom could have had more room, hard to shut the door when you are a larger person.

Disliked: Miner issues brought to the reception attendion . No breakfast or drinking water bottles

Liked: The property was easy to communicate with and they were very flexible and accommodating which really helped me considering I was just arriving from a long flight with pets.

Disliked: Pillows too thick, could not use them comfortably.

Access Inn Kelowna

Liked: Location, rubber duck, pet friendly, beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Ants in the bathroom, lack of a desk with a task chair on wheels, lack of a table to have a bite to eat, or a cup of tea, hot water in shower would intermittently scald me. It would be nice to have access to a vending machine with snacks other than drinks.

Disliked: Construction right next door. Bathroom is very small.
