Nothing to complain about. Stay was comfortable; good location near the Italian Centre and Hwy1.

Liked: It was clean and quiet. Staff was helpful and courteous.
Disliked: No low points.

Besides the two problems, I would stay there again if I needed to stay in that area. Not sure if I would recommend it to anyone else though, if I did, I would make sure to tell them of these issues.

Liked: Clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Room had a slight smell of cat urine and they turned off free wifi at 8am on the day of check out.

Friendly and very helpful staff as well.

Liked: Free shuttle bus to and from concert.
Disliked: Some highway noise.

We'll always come back. Covenient location, good price, great restaurant.

Liked: Like that you have a shuttle service; Fridge works great; room was really clean.
Disliked: The shuttle was really late after the Whitecaps game; some type of chemical smell.

A simple, well-located hotel with...

Liked: Very convenient location for visiting relatives, close to our home in Brentwood where there aren’t many hotel options. Rooms were tidy and cleaned daily. Each room has an electric kettle, and there’s a free coffee machine at reception. It’s a simple hotel, but everything met our expectations.
Disliked: Communication was the main issue. Before our stay, my message on Booking.com received only automated replies, and it took several days of calling — within working hours — before anyone answered. During our stay, the AC in our room stopped working one night. When we asked for an approximate repair time, the receptionist simply said she would let us know at some point. Later, when the issue resolved itself, she mentioned it was a common problem and she had hoped it would fix itself. We would have appreciated knowing that in advance, rather than feeling the matter was being dismissed as our problem and not something the hotel was interested in addressing. The other receptionist with her was much more polite and understanding.
