Accent Inn Victoria

The only good thing about this was that the other person travelling with me did not mind too much sleeping on a pull out couch. I would not have done it and if it was up to me I would have demanded my money back and gone to find another hotel. I felt I was not given what I was promised.

Disliked: My reservation said 2 queen size beds with a sofa bed in the living room. I took that to mean I would get two queen size beds plus a sofa bed. But when I got to the hotel I got a one bedroom suite, with only one queen size bed plus the pull out couch. That is not what I was expecting. The hotel was full so we could not switch rooms. We were not happy about that. I had repeated many times that I wanted two queen size beds. I don't feel a pull out couch counts.

Excellent location and value for...

Liked: We made a last minute booking that they were able to accommodate! With ample parking available, we were able to walk everywhere, including Mayfair Mall and Save On Foods Memorial Centre. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was a nice TV with options for both cable and streaming. Super simple arrival and departure with friendly staff, and easy access to the highway. Great value for money, and we will totally stay there again!
