We attended an event at Fraserview Church and booked this hotel as it was within easy walking distance. Check in and check out were very fast and smooth. The room was spacious and very clean. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and we both slept in until 9:25 on the Sunday morning! Unheard of for us both. I would stay here again and will recommend it to friends as very good value for the money.

Liked: The shuttle bus to the airport.The room fulfilled all our needs with the well-equipped kitchenette.
Disliked: No breakfast serviceThe hotel did not actually read messages via booking,so I had to reach them by sending messages to their official email. They did reply, but I had to wait for 1-2days.The pillow was too soft to me.The rooms could be reached by any outsiders and the only window of the room faces the public corridor, so it would be a concern for someone who needs higher sense of security.The room was well cleaned, but I felt the carpet had not been cleaned for long time.

Liked: Very friendly staff and free coffee and tea. Next to that the bath ducks are a very nice and positive gesture.
Disliked: The restaurant closes at 19.00h, so if you arrive late and want to eat, you will have to walk to the McDonalds close by.

Liked: Clean and attractive, with a friendly staff. The beds were very comfortable. There was a small restaurant at the property that had a limited menu, but the food was excellent and a good value. We received a discount for staying at the hotel.
Disliked: Not near anywhere to buy a few groceries- not even a convenience store within easy walking distance.

Great two night stay.

Liked: We chose this hotel because of the close proximity to the airport and the ferry terminal at Tswwassen. We used the shuttle to take us to YVR in order to take the skytrain downtown. The driver dropped us right by the entrance and told us where to go. The shuttles were on time, every half an hour. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable, we had a lovely two night stay.

Liked: Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Free Shuttle was a bonus. Friendly courteous driverWe arrived at 10 am and asked if we could check in early instead of waiting until 3 pm and they were very accommodating.
Disliked: Everything was great.

Comfortable hotel, close to the...

Liked: The hotel is very easy to reach from the airport using the shuttle, which goes every 30 minutes and is very convenient. The hotel is nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The restaurant next to the hotel unfortunately already closes at 19.00h, so arriving a bit late with an empty stomach can be somehow challening.
