Accent Inn Kelowna

Loved the professional manner of hotel personnel. Inexpensive cost for a clean, quiet hotel room.

Liked: Quiet; ground floor suite; fridge; clean; security guard in the evening in the parking area; close to downtown activities (shopping as well as food); hotel personnel were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: None.

It was an excellent stay...

Liked: staff were all nice, friendly and helpful. And the location was easy access to grocery, food chain and my husband favorite store whish is the liqour store lol. The small kitchen was a plus...
Disliked: is just that when we entered our room, there's a smell of something we couldn't smell...maybe from the carpet

Liked: Location is convenient. The room was nice and clean with some personal touches ie. the rubber duck and staff handwritten note.
Disliked: The windows and walls are not soundproof. Heard everything happening outdoors ie. all the trucks and subwoofers from cars. It was so loud that sleep quality wasn’t the greatest. I’m not sure why wallpaper is used in the washroom, inside the shower. It will have to be replaced so soon.Also the staff did not ensure both card keys would work. In the end, only 1 did. So maybe be a bit more alert. It would be nice if the staff knew more about Kelowna and the valley ie. activities, hikes, sightsee.

Just what we needed for...

Liked: Loads of space in the room, great facilities
Disliked: The bath was really uncomfortable - it has a vertical back so you can’t lean back against it
