Acadia Hotel - Downtown

We enjoyed being in a...

Liked: The location was perfect and the room was recently redone, so it felt modern despite being in a historic building. We also appreciated access to other areas within both buildings and a steady supply of coffee and tea.
Disliked: We would have liked more variety at breakfast. There were omelets each day, which were very good, but other choices were limited.

I would return!!

Liked: Great location for shopping and Awesome Staff.
Disliked: Shower water pressure was very low.

Liked: very nice room and facility. close to downtown shops and restaurants
Disliked: parking very tight and hard to maneuver. would not stay here again due to that.staff had little knowledge of the area and not very helpfulI left my room, locked the door and forgot something. went back to the room and the door was open and unlocked. girl returned with a handful oftowels for my room while I was still there. she cleaned and left the room open while she went to get towels. very upset about my room being left unsecured while she went for towels.hard time adjusting water in shower. first day could not get cold water. shower very hot even though turned way back. second day a little better but still too hot. third day st 3:30 in the morning I could turn knob way back to get enough cold water mixed in to make shower comfortable.had to call three times to get a receipt emailed to me after I left. left hotel to head home at 4:30 am. no one at checkout so I called for receipt to be emailed.

Disliked: Bathroom was a bit tight.

We enjoyed our stay but...

Liked: Excellent Location with off street parking.
Disliked: The room was very small. We struggled to fit 2 open large cases in the space. We had a plumbing issue which was promptly fixed.
