Liked: The pool was amazing and the location was convenient and steps away from the beach overall the property was gorgeous and the front desk staff were pleasant
Disliked: The overall housekeeping of the room never happened the tv was placed in front of the mirror the rooftop lounge area looked like it was storage

Liked: The only good things were the location, very close to the beach, and the fact that there was a pool.
Disliked: Water was leaking from multiple locations in the room. The toilet was clogged from the first time. The internet connection was extremely slow and most of the time, not working. Very poor doors and fixtures.

Perfect solo trip.

Liked: The location was perfect. The room was spacious.
Disliked: Room service was non existent. The internet was down the whole time. Even though that was not the fault of the hotel.

Liked: The location was very good. The restaurant and the staff there as well as the food was amazing!! The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. And the last 3 days of my week stay, Samuel took very good care of my room, finally!
Disliked: When I arrived found the floor in the room with a lot of sand all over and there were 5 empty regular size bottles of wine in one of the drawers, which got removed immediately by the staff at the lobby. The room was not cleaned for 3 days even when I left the sign on the door and told one of the staff cleaning other rooms.
