Good
Liked: What about the hotel I love is the location and the warm pool.I meet some nice people.
Disliked: The staff was awful EXCEPT the staff when I arrived, but other than that no one came to clean the room, or brought us towels. The channels where limited on the TV.

I don’t know about other...
Liked: The location is right by the beach, so it’s really accessible and it’s also near a very busy and popular street called Loiza. And if you’re a big group and you’re sharing several hotel rooms, it gives you a sense of familiarity, so that was nice.
Disliked: When it comes to room service and hygiene and cleanliness, they don’t offer a turnover service daily. In fact, I had to go to the front desk a few times besides staying there for six nights to ask for a change of towels or additional toilet paper or shampoo and conditioner or soap, they knocked on the door and threw the trash, but other than that, it was overflowing towards the end . I didn’t like the fact that they don’t offer more hangers for clothes. If we’re staying there for a week, two people, I think you’re supposed to calculate how many hangers we’re going to need and, offering five for two adults, not enough. There was room or space in the hotel room that I booked that had two chairs but seem to be missing a table if it was considered a breakfast nook so when I asked for a table, they said they didn’t have one. The keys don’t easily open the front door and the times there was nobody at the front desk that could buzz us in so we’d have to wait for a bit because the guy that supposed to let us in was on his phone instead of greeting us and opening the door for us. We interrupted him once and he got really mad and said that we broke the door knob so, really engaging.

All in all the hotel...
Liked: It was near the beach, and the pool was cute
Disliked: Almost EVERYTHING. Very outdated, room smelled old, furniture is all old, parking isn’t available for hotel guest but every other hotel on the strip has private parking available for their guest.

Please Acacia clean your hotel...
Liked: The location and my past numerous stays.
Disliked: The hotel is slowly going down. I’ve stayed at the Acacia for years and the last couple of stays have not been good. The rooms are not well kept. They have very old linen that has become rough. The beds are becoming old and over used. All the cleaning staff are guys that don’t do a good, just a quick once over in the rooms. They no longer have the cleaning care that I’ve seen their past female house cleaning staff give. The roof top was just nasty and dirty, with damaged chairs. All in all this very nice boutique hotel has went down tremendously and this is coming from a person who has stayed at the Acacia for years.
