great location with friendly staff

Liked: the location was great and we were able to walk to restaurants and for coffee. the staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: confusion on where to go and how to check in. it could have been better communicated to head straight to garage and head up the elevator.

Disliked: For my taste, the mattress and the pillow to soft.

We would stay again. But...

Liked: It was very modern and easy to access to the Hanover Theater. The bathroom was awesome and the shower was fantastic.
Disliked: The bed was clean but the sheets were not crisp and I did find someone else’s long hair on the coverlet which was a bit alarming. For the price, the sheets should feel like brand new sheets. They were worn. The bed was very soft. I think it needed a new mattress also.

Liked: It was easy to find, clean and staff was helpful.
Disliked: There was no easy way to unload luggage at the front. No bell service to help. No room service so when all the restaurants during a holiday week were filled we could not order food .
