Liked: A very homely hotel with the feel of a boutique hotel. Its location next to the Retiro park is ideal.The staff were super helpful. Initially I was told there was a charge for parking but on discovering the rental was hybrid they just parked it in one of the cities free spots. The room was amazing and break room intimate with a lovely selection of buffet and delivered to table items.
Disliked: Could have had more information on local museums and public transport options. No concierge.

We really enjoyed our stay...

Liked: All aspects of the service in the hotel were excellent. In particular, the breakfast food was excellent and the service was excellent.
Disliked: The WiFi was a bit patchy, and the room we were allocated, although very spacious, did not have much natural light and was therefore dark. The bed was also a bit soft.

Liked: The property itself is beautiful, very well located, with a very helpful and amazing staff! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a very personalized experience.
Disliked: Loved everything. Nothing bad to say about our stay.
