Liked: Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Location was just ok. Not alot in the immediate area despite being downtown. There is no parking unless you pay for Valet which was $32. I actually booked this hotel because I was hoping for either a parking garage or some place I felt my vehicle would be safe because it was packed full of belongings.

bad management staff. Do not...

Disliked: They Denied our stay that was booked two weeks ago and we have been trying to get a refunds from the past two weeks and we haven't gotten our money back yet. We spent around $1150 through booking.com
