Liked: Security is on point.
Disliked: The room wasn’t the cleanest, hair was on the floor and I found pieces in the bed as well. The toilet seat was lose as I don’t know what. I had an handicap room and if I actually was handicap I would’ve been hurt and on the ground. Your staff interrupted me twice during my check out day. One was to check out early and one was for an item that a guest left during a pervious stay. This reflects the room not being cleaned properly for you to call a customer and ask them about an item left behind in the room.

Great central location with sparkling...

Liked: Hip, contemporary vibe. Has a destination roof top bar that gives it another level of cache. Front desk staff helpful and welcoming. Happily printed some paperwork from my email that I needed for work. Rooms were smartly-appointed with high-end refrigerator and a bathroom I'd love to have in my own house. The windows were sparkling clean as well which may go unnoticed by some but to me was a sign the management paid attention to detail in the maintenance of the overall property. The cleaning staff were pleasant and attentive. I did not purchase the breakfast nor use the gym so will not comment on those amenities. This was my second stay at this property and I will definitely be returning. Tremendous value for the room rate.

Disliked: My shower would not get hot and I wasn't offered a room change until after midnight.
