Nice but watch what you...

Liked: Location, cleanliness, staff members
Disliked: Paid for parking and none available because they were having a private party so unless guests arrive early, no parking available. Came back inside after finding other parking 4 blocks away.Asked for money returned for parking and they told me that hey did not have to return because their policy states that parking may not be available. I told her that o would never stay at Marriott again if that was really the case. Still not sure but my money for parking was refunded

A quiet and relaxing river...

Liked: The food was good with amazing flavor and presentation. Price average. Loved the live music and fresh complimentary coffee in lobby.The location has beautiful water front with plenty to for everyone.The easy access step in shower was nice for people/ seniors with limited mobility.The bed was the most comfortably I've experienced in a while.The complimentary white robes were a nice touch of comfort.
Disliked: The greeting on check-in could be improved. You can tell that one of the staff let her frustration carry over to me. Her worried expressions and full attention was distracted. She forgot to greet with a welcime. She never looked up, but focused more on the computer.I had to ask about elevator location, parking info and instructions, and basic hotel amenities.The size and durablity of the toilet was disappointing.The plastic toilet lid was very thin and loose. Maintanance had to come up and add metal washers to secure the seat for safety..I was also surprised that the refrigerator was locked with 2 child size waters. A complimentary full size water bottle for 2 quest would be excepted for this hotel luxury level/cost. And, general access to the refrigerator would be helpful for our drinks and leftovers from the restaurant.

Beautifula view and warm room

Liked: Breakfast was good. had to pay for breakfast, but the food was fresh and good.
