Great hotel services, but poor...

Liked: very clean rooms & bathrooms, clean sheets, good room temperature, no outside noise in the rooms, very good soundproof doors, good quality of the breakfast products, very good location of the hotel (near the train station).
Disliked: No slippers in the room, the space where the breakfast is being taken is too small (there were times when literally there was no free slot where to sit and have breakfast, poor communication within the reception staff and lack of knowledge for some of them (even from the first day when we arrived, we announced that we won't be able to take breakfast in the last day so we were given some files to fill in based on which we would receive some take away food. However, when I went to the reception to check out and take the packed breakfast, they were not informed and we were not given anything).

Liked: Friendly stuff, good breakfast, great location to get from the airport and to the city center. Not a disadvantage - but perhaps the hotel could offer few rooms with 2-3 single beds for those who travel with friends; still it was no problem to share a big bed and we also asked for separate blankets.
