Comfortable hotel with a good...

Liked: The room was spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable — ideal for a family stay. While the hotel is not in the most central location, it's right next to the metro, which makes getting around the city easy. There are also supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. Overall, for Stockholm standards, the cost-benefit ratio is acceptable.
Disliked: The staff was not particularly attentive, and I was disappointed with the housekeeping policy. Due to sustainability guidelines, cleaning is not done daily unless specifically requested — and even when requested, it often took a lot of insistence to get it done. As a parent traveling with small children, frequent cleaning is important, and I felt this need was not properly met.

Liked: Good location; good spa.
Disliked: The temperature in the dining area was unbearable - it was a hot summer spell of weather during our stay and as there is NO AIR-CONDITIONING in the restaurant, because of the floor to ceiling glazing, it became so hot that we were almost passing out with the heat!!We had a family group of 7 staying and needed 3 rooms to accommodate us. The hotel has no family rooms unfortunately.
