Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Smoke alarm strobing lights in the room 24/7 in the dark room! Very hard to sleep! Aliso barking dogs left in the room next store barking all night long! Management was supposed to call us and never got back to us!

All in all it was...

Liked: How clean it was. The staff is great and the new bartender who has only been there I think 3 months had great customer service for my husband and I . The room set up is nice as well. Love the full body mirror.
Disliked: Not having a microwave in the room was not ideal for a king suite. The ac would stop working and we would come back to a warm room or it would get hot in the middle of the night. The bathroom lighting definitely needs a makeup mirror or extra white light because a lot of people work through social and post things that could be free advertisements I look for those small touches to be able to tell others and hotel provides it. The foam pillows feel like the same pillows.

Disliked: I paid for a room with 2 queen beds and I sofa bed. I did not. receive that room and my son had to sleep on the floor. i have contacted the hotel and priceline and no one is doing anything for me

Great location, decent but average...

Liked: Great location. Comfortable bed / room. Good shower. Lots of bathroom counter space. Great TV and channels. Good bedside lighting.
Disliked: We were on the 8th floor, same floor as restaurant. It was very noisy. We also had to walk past the kitchen to get to our rooms, so the hallway permanently smelt of raw fish. Housekeeping didn’t attend at all - we were promised every other day, and that didn’t happen. There is no magnifying mirror with a “night light” in the bathroom, which is definitely a miss. The bathroom light and extractor fan were on the same switch, and the fan sounded like an aircraft taking off.

Liked: Very attractive contemporary design and furnishings. Furniture was all very comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Exercise room was. Well equipped.
Disliked: Would have preferred carpet on the floors which were cold and uncomfortable.

Liked: Location was good. They are trying too hard with the decor.
Disliked: The large fancy sliding door to the bathroom is a disaster. I got locked in. Slider would not open. If I was alone, not sure how I would have gotten out at midnight. Very heavy. Had to call maintainance and he was awesome but still had a very hard time getting it to move. The glass door was actually bending. Can't imagine if it had broken.Bad idea. Just use a normal door
