Disliked: The drive way in. Can get messy with small space and tons of cars

Liked: The hotel was in a good location for Microsoft headquarters. The hotel has the most comfortable beds and pillows and was clean.The gym was a good size and standard. I only missed not having swimming pool.Staff were helpful but no tea facilities, and no hot drinks..

Liked: I have enjoyed the buffet style breakfast, decent selection of food and beverages, nice staff.
Disliked: Dark, narrow and long hallways, felt gloomy like a prison. Tiny dark room with a roof view, felt unsafe. Dog next door barking late and early hours. Water dispenser on my floor was broken. Back alley entrance, not easy to find. Construction zones around.

Liked: Very clean, very new.
Disliked: I was a guest at this hotel, I have called the day before yesterday, and yesterday to front desk with no one picking up at night for a few times, on top of that the bathroom fan does not work and I've been dealing with this for an hour since 9PM with front desk lady who has been redundant with her responses to me, and very unprofessional. She switched my room twice then proceeded to tell me a handyman would come the 2nd time, when he did not, and nobody followed up, I waited up with my partner for almost 15 minutes and went down, then she told me handyman said "it works it is just subtle" when he told my partner and i the first time that the fan did NOT work.So here I was after an hour of sitting around doing nothing waiting for this to be fixed or switch to a room that has a working fan, just handed a card with management information, not knowing if anything can even be addressed at this point.Also, I've never had such a horrible soundproof hotel ever, I could hear everything in the hallway, I could hear guests dropping things upstairs and barely slept.Stay away from this hotel, I sure hope I did.
