Very friendly staff, but fewer...

Liked: The staff was kind and helpful, and they accommodated us by giving us an ADA room which was close to the elevators. Also: the snacks in the lobby were great!
Disliked: The shower was dirtier than I would prefer, and room cleaning was offered in a way which made it sound like you were personally destroying the environment if you wanted your room cleaned every other day…however, we simply asked to have clean towels each day, as the ADA room had a shower that flooded the bathroom. Still, on a day our room was scheduled to be cleaned, we had to ask THREE TIMES before they finally sent someone up after 4pm, and just asked to swap towels at that point. I understand that things get forgotten, but clearly no one was double checking, because three different people said "Sure thing!" before we simply got enough towels to shower the next morning.
