Liked: The customer service team, pool facilities.
Disliked: The sink is outside of the bathroom.We can’t have privacy to use it.The phone doesn’t work, we can’t use it to communicate with our relatives in their rooms (we were 10 people) or call customer service.Every time we need something we have to go down to the front desk to ask for it.

Liked: Location was easy access for uber.
Disliked: Room smelted like backup sewer, Directions given by hotel staff was too long of a walk to the beach, could’ve walked down side street before all of the construction . Food from rooftop dinner menu was awful in selection and taste:

Liked: -Jose at the front desk was super nice and helped us in any way we needed with our stuffs or any questions we had. Was a very nice guy to talk to, highly recommend!!
