It was an good stay overall however full communication regarding the replacement room would have made the stay more acco

Liked: Proximity to pharmacy, great food options nearby, overall location.
Disliked: I reserved a king room but upon check in I was told the king rooms were overbooked and I would be placed in a double Queen room however I wasnt told that it was a hearing accessible room. Given the room we were placed in, we didnt have seating accommodation, which was a major drawback for us. This was not mentioned to us either when the option was presented. We were very disappointed to be placed in a room without a sofa, especially since a lot of our time was spent in the room given the purpose of our trip.
