Disliked: Parking is way to expensive for the hotel, we’re already paying 1k+ for the stay there’s no reason we should pay for parking

Liked: Desk staff especially Christian were more than helpful and polite. The lady on the breakfast bar was very good.
Disliked: The valet service was hopeless - the valet staff were unhelpful , rude and dismissive. I would not consider staying at this hotel again because the valets set the tone - they let the rest of the team down

Liked: Location to river walk, nice view.
Disliked: Fridge didn’t work. Door wouldn’t fully open to room.

Disliked: The lifts were out of service most of the time.The service at breakfast was horrible. Lack of staff, long delays, wrong bill.

Liked: Location was perfect. Room was really nice and clean. Parking was very inexpensive in a lot right behind the hotel.
