Very disappointment service from the...
Liked: The room was clean, the restroom and bath were comfortable.
Disliked: We done reservation for a king room with sofa bed and adapted tub-mobility accessible through booking. I called to the Marriott call center before I completed the reservation and they said that there is available rooms in this configuration. We needed this specific room since our son had a knee surgery and we wanted to have room with the option to stay in and dine there. When we arrived to the hotel the hotel stuff let us know that they don't have the room that we ask for. They offered us a different room that didn't suit our need and they said it was the only room that they could give us. We had to stay at this hotel because we had been traveling for 8 hours and had to attend a university graduation ceremony the next day. We called Booking call center and the representative there couldn't help us and said he will reach out to the hotel and get back to us. Till today, more then a week after, no one from booking gave us any answer why it happened and didn't offer us any reasonable companions even that we send a few message and called a few times to the call center. Very disappointment service from the hotel stuff and booking customer service!!!

Liked: Clean and convenient location.
Disliked: Booked 1 king with sofa bed, front desk did not even attempt to look into it. Had to share a bed.

Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: I booked a 289 sq ft room with a king bed and a sofa for over $200 a night. Got a 150 sq ft room with one bed, no sofa, no separate bathroom - toilet and a shower are in the closet, the sink is in the room. The property refused to lower the price. “Sorry for the inconvenience” doesn’t cover the fact that they charged me twice for what I got. There’s a name for it - when not providing an exchange for the money taken. Extremely disappointed.
