Won’t go back. Need at...

Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: I booked a 289 sq ft room with a king bed and a sofa for over $200 a night. Got a 150 sq ft room with one bed, no sofa, no separate bathroom - toilet and a shower are in the closet, the sink is in the room. The property refused to lower the price. “Sorry for the inconvenience” doesn’t cover the fact that they charged me twice for what I got. There’s a name for it - when not providing an exchange for the money taken. Extremely disappointed.

Liked: Clean, pretty, lots of food, drink options
Disliked: Too expensive for what u get. Breakfast prices weren’t great.
