Disliked: I had a huge allergy attack all night in the room. I had a feeling it was the AC we had on all night and sure enough i looked at it and there were black mold specs which i am highly allergic to

Nice place to sleep but...

Liked: Clean. Quiet. Good location. Most staff were nice and helpful.
Disliked: No free breakfast--in fact breakfast outrageously expensive. No valet. No one to help with luggage whatsoever. Front desk person checked me in but didn't bother to tell me where my room was or where to park or what meal options were available. She needs to work at motel 6 rather than higher end hotel. I was absolutely not told of any amenities or where to find anything. But the other Front desk person was very helpful and made up for the first person's bad customer service.

Nice hotel but uncomfortable bed

Liked: The hotel is attractive and the room was very clean and nice and good location
Disliked: The mattress was lumpy as were the pillows. A very uncomfortable bed (room 215).
