Exceptional

We come to Pittsburgh often...

Liked: Love the convenience and the staff. Rooms are great.
Disliked: Only complaint is that there was a hair stuck to the sheets, but really, it was one hair.

Great place to stay

Liked: We liked the modern comfort of the hotel. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had a nice design. The TV worked great, the wifi. Everything was very clean. We're a family with grown kids and everyone liked it.
Disliked: We don't really have a complaint, the room was nice, the check-in person was really nice. Easy stay comfortable stay.

It was acceptable.

Liked: Was very convenient to the convention center.
Disliked: Front desk was almost confrontational upon check in. Otherwise staff was mostly helpful and friendly. Gym and common areas were not as clean as I would expect. Door to the shower was broken. Breakfast was not worth paying for, very few options and just a few pieces of each item were set out.

Disliked: I did not like the parking accommodations. You had to pay extra which is fine, except for the fact that it was not very convenient.

Disliked: Bar food was extremely expensive for what you got. The bartender told me it was a breakfast quiche that I got that I needed for breakfast when I was leaving the next day when I questioned it he didn’t even suggest something else. The food was cold because I sat outside, had a drink and I figured he would come get me when it was ready and he didn’t when I went inside to get the food and took it to my room. It was extremely cold
