Liked: The staff was extremely friendly, and the rooftop bar was pretty cool. I liked that I could just have valet park my car and forget about it since it’s located downtown and parking isn’t fun in that area.
Disliked: The towels in the rooms were like sandpaper, you would think the towels would be at least mediocre for the price tag on these rooms.

Liked: I loved the location. Perfect for shopping and restaurants.
Disliked: Nothing to change. The checkin process was easy. I needed additional information and I was able to speak to a very friendly front desk person. I would prefer another parking option.

Liked: Perfect location and rooms are amazing
Disliked: Valet was non existent. We paid for valet only to find our car parked in the same place in front of the valet in the morning. No one in sight and took 15 minutes to get our keys. For the rest of our stay, we just kept our keys.
