Liked: I liked the location most of all. Enjoyed the pool greatly, as well as the breakfast voucher.
Disliked: The rooms that I originally booked were very damp. Also, there were no dresser drawers for clothing, and the TV was inoperable throughout entire facility. I realize that this hotel has recently changed owner/management, and I can see potential improvements when things are more in place.

Good

Liked: Right across the street from the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Disliked: Soap dispenser were in a holder on the wall and it was extremely difficult to get any soap out.

Great location, love the use...

Liked: We love the pools and the history of the building.
Disliked: No WiFi working in the rooms which meant no tv. The usb chargers weren’t working.All above are the very basics a hotel has to offer, especially at the price this one was, for tourists who come from abroad and need to access their bookings online, check in to flights, order food and get in touch with family. No having a tv to connect to a platform was tough as we had jet lag and were up at odd hours.Staff did their best to help with our issues and some were taken care of while others there was nothing they could do.

The stay put a damper...

Liked: The Manager on duty Eric did attempt to refund me $91 for no internet no TV service No room cleaning. The Manager was very nice.
Disliked: The pool closed down before you can really enjoy it. It closes when at sun down. That's when adults want to enjoy the pool. No TV no internet service no pool forced us to be out for entertainment. I didn't like that AT ALL. We couldn't even really enjoy OCEANVIEW. The windows were glued shut. I paid an extra $100 a night or an OCEANVIEW :( it was an extremely misleading advertisement.

Perfect location in Ocean drive

Liked: Super friendly staff, perfect location and complimentary use of bicycles for hotel guests.They have valet parking service which is great if you drive. The room was a bit small but it has all needed.
Disliked: In my opinion it is a bit overpriced but I guess it is because of the location (Ocean drive). Breakfast could be improved too, but not too bad.

Fantastic hotel with great customer...

Liked: I enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to preferred locations due to location of the hotel. Being able to utilize the bicycles was also great. We also enjoyed the food and drink options at the hotel.

I won’t be booking here...

Liked: The food in the restaurant was great. I liked the location of the hotel.
Disliked: Room keys didn’t work, had to wait several minutes for staff to let us in our room. Elevator was out most of our stay. We were not prepared to be forced to use stairs.
