the staff and customer service...

Liked: Location was cool not far from places I wanted to visit the most
Disliked: I did not like the customer service I was double charged for my state with no immediate resolution. Also, the manager JJ provided Little to no clarity about unknown charges that I was charged for. stilll disputing this days after my vacation.
