Modern hotel but room very...

Liked: reception very helpful, Hotel modern & in good location
Disliked: Price & but very surprised to find 2 sets of era plugs in room as hotel right next to high level tram / subway why would hotel not install correct noise dampening windows over suppling earplugs very diposisnetd & not good sleep

Nice location but uncomfortable

Disliked: The room was small. There wasn’t a dresser. I couldn’t up pack my clothes I was living out of my suitcase.

We stayed there less then...

Disliked: Although breakfast was included in the original booking, they charged us on the day again and I am still trying to sort this out! Still now they are taking money from my account although I have paid in full for the original amount! and it is almost impossible to speak to any of them or to have the Hemorrhaging of money!

Really Nice at a Good...

Liked: Nice location, very close to Brickell City Center and many restaurants in the zone.Nice staff that helped me with my Amazon packages.
Disliked: The Air conditioner was noisy and despite I turn it off it came back every time
