Disliked: the water in the building was scolding hot and unusable the first day then we were evacuated out of the building on the second day, had to carry our suitcases down 15 flights of stairs with no help then told we had to leave with nowhere to go, missed the event we came to Melbourne for and wasted so much money on the event and having to find another motel at 8pm, the whole situation was handled very poorly. Expecting a full refund

Short stay and amazing value....

Liked: Room was pristine..We got an upgrade when we arrived..Staff were amazing. Buffet breakfast was delicious and so much to choose from. Would definitely stay again !
Disliked: Nothing. It was perfect for our needs

Disliked: Hot water took nearly 10 min to come through. Could not use the overhead shower, had to use the hand held one because the switch button did not work. Water flooded the whole bathroom. Bathroom tiny, barely room to get dry. Window was extremely dirty.
