Liked: Convenient location, swimming pool with the bar, breakfast.
Disliked: The staff are friendly but the delivery of the services was a bit slow. Room for improvement. Requesting a service needs for a least a half day to deliver, for example, I requested a kettle at the front desk, then rang to the customer service. I finally talked to the person who was responsible for serving our room, then I got it on the desk.

Liked: The hotel feels fresh and clean overall, with tasteful interior design, easy navigation, and a cool infinity pool overlooking the ocean. It generally lives up to the photos and makes for a decent stay — however, there were quite a few 'buts.' See below.
Disliked: Expect the following:$35 per night for parking – not included in the room rate.$25 per night “inclusion fee” – essentially a hidden resort fee. You can spend this amount on certain things at the hotel, but it doesn’t roll over, can’t be used for tips, and comes with restrictions.Breakfast confusion – Even though our reservation included breakfast for 3 guests, we had to clarify this at check-in and again each morning for the first 3 days. Staff kept assuming it only covered 2 people.Breakfast itself is basic – Same exact options every single day. Edible, but don’t expect variety or anything memorable.Service is hit or miss – A few staff members were friendly, but overall the energy felt flat. Like visiting a distant relative who wasn’t too thrilled to see you.The walk to the beach is longer than advertised – It’s definitely not 14 minutes. Count on 20 minutes to Ulua Beach, and closer to 30 minutes on the way back uphill. Pro tip: If you’re up early, there’s plenty of beach parking before 9 AM. Drive there, rent a chair and umbrella, and enjoy your day without the hike.If you're planning to spend time at the pool, sunbeds are limited and are on a first come first serve basis. There are 3 basic Cabanas by the pool at $250 per night

Liked: Great location and beautiful property. Rooms were spacious and clean. Amenities were nice! Food at the pool bar/restaurant was good. Would stay here again.
Disliked: Overall great stay. The only small thing was that the complimentary water bottles are only given to you upon arrival and not replaced. However there is a water fountain. Otherwise there is a market in the hotel where you can purchase small things.

Liked: Beautiful infinity pool. Very relaxing hotel with all the facilities. Beach is 10-15 min walk. Very good breakfast
Disliked: Parking is expensive. We had a water leak in the toilets, which was making noise. No one came to fix it despite our report.
