AC Hotel by Marriott Marseille Prado Velodrome

Sorry, I wouldn’t recommend it

Liked: The room was ok, found food in the fridge that wasn’t mine but other wise it was nice and the noise from the parties at the velodrome was mostly bloques by the windows
Disliked: I had problems with payment, they charged 200 euros more saying it was cautionary and would be given back and after several complaints I am still dealing with it, this is reason enough for me to avoid a hotel, dealing with this sort of things wastes everybody’s time and ruins the experience. I hope I get it back but right now I’ve been at it a week.

Liked: The location was great. The staff in the restaurant were lovely and friendly and the food was good.
Disliked: We were charged twice for our room which the staff member denied on check out, was shocked by the service on departure.

Liked: - Great location to be near the stadium & if you prefer to be out of the centre of town. Only 15 minutes from the main train station on the M2 Metro line.- Staff were so accommodating- able to store bags prior to check in and after check out - Lovely little pool area to relax in the sun- Great size rooms

Liked: It has nothing in common with what we generally know about Marriott Hotels
Disliked: Old furniture, uncomfortable beds, old and not adapted toilet and shower, everything old and ugly in the rooms. Especially the toilet where we requested to be suitable for a wheelchair user, wasn’t adapted at all…
