lovely.

Liked: lovely hotel, clean, very comfy. friendly staff.
Disliked: wasnt told there would be a deposit to pay when booking. it would of been better to know about it. though it did go back in my bank the day after check out.

Liked: The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. I had a great stay here and would definitely come again - The room was very clean and and comfortable even though I had stayed for one night I really enjoyed the experience as it was my first time in Manchester.
Disliked: The only thing I would mention is that one of the staff had forgotten to give my bag when I had checked in and had to ask again a few hours later but other than that it was an amazing experience (I don’t blame the staff member at all as it was busy when I had checked in).

Tiring

Liked: Nice rooms, clean
Disliked: Didn’t sleep a wink all night because the “soundproofed room” was no where near sound proof and the busy road outside kept us awake all night . Not to mention the fighting and screaming on our floor that the hotel failed to do anything about

Liked: Clean modern stylish interior. Very friendly staff , great location. Lovely food . Bar open till late .
Disliked: Nothing .

Not as good as last...

Liked: Hotel is clean and modern.
Disliked: When we arrived we went to the bar. The first member of staff ignored us and walked off leaving us standing at the bar for about 5 minutes (no one else at the bar). The second member of staff was friendly and polite but when I asked for a cocktail that was on the menu she said they don't make them (it's printed on the menu that they are available). Then I asked for a Rum and coke to be told they have no rum. The room was lovely and clean but the bed was not comfortable at all. The mattress was rock hard. This is a shame because we have stayed in this hotel before with no complaints and the reason why we booked it again. But unfortunately on this occasion our stay was not as enjoyable.
