Great place to stay when you are on a business trip

Liked: The staff were very helpful and very close to the train station.
Disliked: the correspondences i had with the hotel set me off and was not very optimistic as i felt that they are very strickt and not willing to help or support.

Not as good as previous year

Liked: The best location you can get and the staff is always available to support you
Disliked: The clean up of the bathrooms has declined on the last months. Im always travelling to Mainz and since 2023 this has been noticeable. Also cleanup products were not sufficient.The bedsheets are really old and on my last stay they were torn. I was on a deluxe king room with city view so this should not happened for the price that is being paid.
