Exceptional

They have to show the...

Liked: They keep hide the parking price. When we arrived we found the price was $42 even with handicap plates.
Disliked: We booked for 4 people and they have only 3 towels in the room and the pillows smell bad.

Liked: Very clean, good location and very good staff

Liked: The hotel was very clean
Disliked: I had to ask twice to have the sofa bed made up which they didn’t do had to pay extra to have the room cleaned.

Good hotel, comfortable beds and...

Liked: The hotel was very pleasant. The rooms was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly - they made a real difference! Facilities were good - gym and pool were well kept.
Disliked: The main issue I had was that the WiFi in the hotel was not very good - the connection was regularly dropping, the speed of the WiFi was not very good. GIven that so many people stay there for business, this is quite an important thing.

Liked: The location was great, and the staff were amazing—everyone was so helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The cleaning was not up to standard. When I arrived at the hotel, I noticed hair on the towels. Fortunately, I brought my own towels, so I didn’t have to use the hotel ones.
