Booking.coms lack of organization was an inconvenience on a celebratory trip for me and my wife.

Liked: The hotel location and facilities were great.
Disliked: Booking.com overbooked. I booked a trip with my wife for an anniversary around a month ago, and upon arrival, the hotel informed us that we have been moved to a double queen room due to booking.com overbooking the king rooms. This was obviously extremely aggravating on a trip that I was taking with my wife. Also, the fact that there was no notice form either booking.com nor the hotel explaining the situation is incredibly rude. I would stay at this particular hotel again but I will not be using booking.com

Liked: it is located in the center of the town.
Disliked: very anonymous hotel, with few services. as soon as I got to the floor of my room there was a horrible smell in the whole floor, for about two days I had to put up with this smell, but only in the corridor not in the room. morning breakfast was horrible.
