Beautiful hotel great experience

Liked: Beautiful new property very clean
Disliked: Late night purchasing treats for room from the hotel the lady was very cold. Felt like we were imposing on her just trying to purchase snacks.

Liked: The comfort and accommodation and the cleanliness and environment and fact that is close to everything you need to walk to restaurants bars etc

Price was fair and overall...

Liked: Nice and tidy. Easy check in and valet. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Mattress was way too hard. Shower door wouldn’t stay shut causing water to get on floor. Found a dead roach on the floor. Very noisy at night from the party crowds outside the hotel.

Everything was perfect. The hotel...

Liked: The hotel and hotel staff were amazing ! Claude assisted us with a payment (balance) issue almost immediately. It’s a wonderful feeling to have your payment issues resolved as it relates to your stay at a hotel. Claude was prompt and communicated every step of the process to us! We loved and appreciated that so much! Valet was prompt and attentive. Front desk check in was seamless and welcoming. It was a great experience overall.
